We do ship to OCONUS locations of Alaska and Hawaii and our rates remain the same! Shipping times below are the maximum, not minimum, lead times. So for example when it states 1 week with Expedited it would take a maximum of 1 week from USPS. We are not responsible for our third party carrier lead time, or that of USPS. The shipping times below are for USPS.
